You feel as though you are valued

Took my car here for an interim service after having a quick Google to try somewhere more reliable and friendly, with a reasonable price to service my car. Cory’s had many good reviews so decided to try it out. The ladies in the office were lovely (Roberta and Natalia) and allowed me and my mum to wait inside the reception area for an hour and a half as it was pouring with rain and offered us cups of tea and biscuits. The mechanic (Marcelo) was lovely too, explaining any issues and even brought my car into the garage afterwards so we didn’t have to walk back out into the rain. He informed me that I needed a clutch fluid replacement and managed to squeeze me in the next day despite them being very busy as I wasn’t available the following weeks. Overall, the customer service was great, you feel as though you are valued, and know that the work that needs doing is genuine and is at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone to take their car to. Thank you!
